Warranty period

For watches sold on or after March 1, 2023, the warranty period is five years from the date of purchase.

For watches sold between September 1, 2022 and February 28, 2023, a five-year warranty from the date of purchase will also apply when the watch is serviced at the Credor Service Studio.

Warranty coverage

The warranty covers the watch head (movement and case) as well as the metal bracelet.

The registration of customer information during warranty registration, as well as the viewing, editing,
and deletion of customer information within the “Warranty details search,” is available only to customers
who purchased their watch in Japan and reside in Japan.
